WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE CONVENTION?
The dress code is business formals.
HOW DO I REGISTER IF I AM A SPEAKER FOR A DAY?
Speakers will be automatically registered. They may collect their badge and Conference kit bag from the Speakers Registration Desk in the Organizers Suite at the venue.

WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept only the Indian National Rupee (INR) and the United States Dollar (USD).
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION?
The registration confirmation webpage displayed after completion of your online registration process is printable and acceptable at the venue. You will also receive an email confirming your registration immediately following the completion of online registration which you must bring along with a valid photo ID proof to collect your badge and conference kit. Do check your spam or junk mail folder and if you have not received it, contact the BioAsia Secretariat or write to us at email@example.com

CAN I REGISTER ON-SITE?
Yes. However, we recommend you to register early to avail our discounts and start planning your event calendar and B2B meetings which are scheduled through BioAsia Connect, the online biopartnering portal, on a “first come first serve” basis.
HOW DO I ADD PARTNERING TO MY CURRENT REGISTRATION?
The registered delegates will receive an automated email with the login credentials to BioAsia Connect. If you have not received the login credentials even after the completion of registration process, please write to us at email@example.com
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS FOR STUDENTS AND SCIENTISTS?
Yes. We have discounted registration tariffs for students and researchers from academic and research institutes. Please register offline to avail these discounts. To avail these discounts reach us out to firstname.lastname@example.org. A valid ID proof must be enclosed with the registration form.
I HAVE REGISTERED FOR THE EVENT. WHAT NEXT?
Get social with the BioAsia networks to promote and advertise your organization’s participation to BioAsia’s global captive audience. You may want to invite visitors to your booth or recommend your colleagues to register. Log on to BioAsia Connect to start planning your event calendar and schedule your “One-on-One” business meetings with potential clients.

HOW DO I CANCEL A REGISTRATION? DO I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
NO CREDIT facility would be extended under any circumstances and NO REFUND/ADJUSTMENT for CANCELLATION/delegate would be accommodated. Delegate Badges issued are "non-transferable" and the organizers reserve the right to disallow a confirmed delegate from transferring his/her badge to any other person.
I HAVE LOST MY DELEGATE BADGE/CONFERENCE KIT. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
Proper care must be taken by each delegate to ensure against loss or misplacement of badge and kits as no duplicates or replacements will be issued.
